Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the 259bet platform — including Sports Betting, live casino, crash games, slots, and promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of this document, please do not use 259bet's services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the user) and 259bet. By completing registration or making any financial transaction on the platform, you confirm your acceptance of all rules set out herein, as well as the supplementary policies referenced in this document, including the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling.

259bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users and indicated in the update date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 259bet and use the platform's services, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process;
• Not be listed on any betting self-exclusion list or responsible gambling program;
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of a 259bet staff member.

Each user may hold only an active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, phone number, residential address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any pending balances and bonuses.

259bet reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including a copy of your RG, CPF, proof of residence issued within the last 90 days, and proof of the payment method used. The platform may suspend withdrawals and bonuses until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits & Payment Methods

259bet accepts the following deposit methods, all available in Brazilian reais (BRL, symbol R$):

• Pix – instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário – cleared within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card – real-time approval for major Brazilian card issuers;
• PicPay – instant processing via account balance or linked card;
• Mercado Pago – available via Mercado Pago balance or associated card.

The minimum deposit is BRL 20.00 (twenty reais) per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the payment method used and the account's verification level. 259bet does not accept cash deposits, international transfers, or any payment method not listed above.

All deposits must be made by the registered account holder. Deposits from third parties are not accepted. If 259bet identifies that a deposit was made by someone other than the account holder, the amount will be returned to the original payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The primary withdrawal method at 259bet is Pix. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

1. Have completed the identity verification (KYC) process with approval;
2. Have wagered the deposited amount at least once before the first withdrawal (minimum 1x rollover requirement on deposits);
3. Submit the withdrawal to a Pix key registered under the same CPF linked to your 259bet account;
4. Have an available balance of R$ 30.00 (thirty BRL) or more in your account.

259bet reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 (five thousand BRL) and may request supplementary documentation. This procedure is part of the platform's regulatory compliance obligations and does not imply any suspicion against the user.

Withdrawals linked to bonuses are subject to the specific rollover conditions of the corresponding promotion, as described in each offer. Bonus balance that has not met its rollover requirement is not available for withdrawal until those conditions are satisfied.

General Betting Rules

Bets placed on 259bet follow the international rules of each sport, adapted to the Brazilian context. The main general rules are:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the user, except when the cash out feature is available for that event;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00 (one BRL). The maximum varies depending on the event, market, and account verification level;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event will only be considered valid if the live betting market is active for that event;
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, 259bet reserves the right to cancel affected bets and return the staked amount to the user's balance;
• Parlay bets (accumulators) follow the same rules as single bets for each individual selection.

For Brazilian football, 259bet follows CBF and CONMEBOL rules when deciding the outcome of suspended, postponed, or early-terminated matches. As a general rule, a Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, or Libertadores match must have at least 80 minutes played for final-result bets to be considered valid. If a match is suspended before that threshold, all bets are cancelled and stakes refunded.

Bonuses, Promotions & Cashback

259bet offers a range of promotions, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, boosted odds for the Brasileirão, and crash game missions. Each promotion has its own specific rules available on the Promotions. The general rules that apply to all promotions are:

• Promotions are valid only for users with a verified account in good standing on the platform;
• Each promotion may be used only once per user, CPF, IP address, device, or household, unless otherwise stated in the offer's terms;
• Deposit bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement; the multiplier and conditions are detailed in each promotion's rules;
• Cashback is calculated on net losses (losing bets minus winning bets) during the stated period;
• Bonuses not redeemed within their validity period are automatically cancelled with no possibility of recovery;
• 259bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, notifying affected users with reasonable advance notice.

Using betting strategies designed solely to meet bonus rollover requirements without genuine risk exposure (bonus abuse), creating fake accounts to obtain multiple bonuses, and any other practice deemed abusive or fraudulent will result in the immediate cancellation of bonuses and may result in account closure.

Casino, Crash Games & Slots

The live casino games, crash games (such as Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and others) and slots available on 259bet use random number generation (RNG) algorithms certified by independent auditors. Results are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or its users.

For crash games, 259bet provides a verification hash for each round, allowing any user to independently verify the fairness of results (provably fair system). Bets placed on crash games follow the same financial rules as Sports Betting, with the same withdrawal limits and verification requirements.

259bet does not guarantee winnings in casino games or crash games. Entertainment should be the primary motivation for using these products. The return to player (RTP) for each slot or casino game is available for reference within the game interface.

Privacy & Data Protection

259bet collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). The data collected is used to:

• Create and maintain the user account;
• Process financial transactions and verify identity (KYC);
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Prevent fraud, money laundering, and platform misuse;
• Send communications about promotions, updates, and relevant account information (with the option to unsubscribe at any time).

Account Closure & Suspensions

259bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account in the following situations, without prior notice:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Creating multiple accounts for the same user;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities;
• Bonus or promotion misuse (bonus abuse);
• Abusive behavior, threats, or harassment directed at staff or other users;
• Use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized technology to access or interact with the platform;
• Platform access by anyone under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 259bet may hold any pending balance until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms irregularities, those funds may be confiscated. Legitimate deposit balances unrelated to any irregularity will be returned to the original payment method once the review concludes.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Once closed, all personal data will be handled in accordance with the LGPD and retained for the minimum period required by law.

Limitation of Liability

259bet employs all available technical resources to ensure platform availability and stability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. 259bet is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform outages due to scheduled maintenance or a technical incident;
• Internet connection issues on the user's end;
• Betting decisions based on incorrect or outdated information about sporting events;
• Financial losses from betting, which are inherent to the nature of the activity;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from a security failure on the user's own device or password.

In the event of a betting dispute, the user must contact 259bet support within a maximum of 30 days after the event in question. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered. 259bet will review each case individually and communicate its decision by email.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and all other regulations applicable to the online entertainment and betting sector in Brazil.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with 259bet support will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
